The Mentorship and Mentee Programs team at WIA fosters professional growth by pairing experienced mentors with mentees seeking guidance in the animation industry. The team focuses on creating educational opportunities, enhancing skill development, and building strong networks within the global animation community, thereby empowering participants and promoting gender diversity in the field.

Mentorship and Mentee Programs

The Project and Event Management team at WIA orchestrates a range of initiatives to empower underrepresented gender identities in animation. The Program Coordinator supports logistical planning and program execution, while the Co Executive Producer oversees the ACE Program's initiatives. The Project Manager ensures that all projects are delivered on time and within scope, and the Event Manager organizes impactful events that foster education, networking, and growth within the global animation community.

Project and Event Management

The Communications and Public Relations team at WIA is responsible for crafting and disseminating the organization's message to the public and stakeholders. This team manages media relations, organizes fundraising campaigns, curates social media content, and ensures consistent communication to promote WIA's vision of gender equity in animation. Through strategic outreach and engagement, they support the mission of empowering underrepresented gender identities in the field of animation.

The Leadership Team at WIA spearheads strategic initiatives to achieve the organization’s mission and vision, guiding efforts to increase access to resources, create educational opportunities, foster connections, and inspire excellence within the global animation community. This team includes the President and CEO, Student Club Founder and President, and the President for Kennesaw State University’s Women In Animation Chapter, all working collaboratively to support and empower individuals of underrepresented gender identities in the field of animation.
