WIA brings together a global community of animation professionals to empower and support people of underrepresented gender identities in the art, science and business of animation by increasing access to resources, creating opportunities for education, encouraging strong connections between individuals, and inspiring excellence.

The Leadership Team at WIA spearheads strategic initiatives to achieve the organization’s mission and vision, guiding efforts to increase access to resources, create educational opportunities, foster connections, and inspire excellence within the global animation community.
