Cassidy Reid is an accomplished professional in automation and digital transformation, currently serving as the Founder of Women in Automation, focusing on empowering women in the automation field. With extensive experience, including the role of Head of Advisory - AMER at Tquila Automation, Cassidy led strategic AI initiatives and formed partnerships to enhance clients' Intelligent Automation Programs. Previous positions at EPAM Systems and Genpact showcased expertise in managing large-scale digital transformation projects and delivering innovative solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Cassidy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Communication from Washington State University, and is pursuing an MBA while completing a Certificate in Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School.
