Eliza Conley-Lepene has a diverse work experience. In 2018, they founded Safe House, creating two apps to assist individuals in crisis and struggling with addiction. Eliza also established a 501c3 to expand these services nationally. In the same year, they started their own businesses, Eliza LLC and Spa Voyage. In 2019, Eliza became the Vice President of Women in Aviation International, eventually becoming the President in 2020. Eliza also participated as a poster participant in Finding Our Voices in 2021. Recently, Eliza worked at Portland International Jetport as a Customer Experience Specialist from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Customer Service Supervisor at Piedmont Airlines from 2021 to 2022.
Eliza Conley-Lepene started their education journey at Thornton Academy, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2004. After completing high school, they went on to Seacoast Career Schools and received a Trade degree in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage in 2007. In the same year, Eliza obtained a certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant from Portland Adult Education and also completed a Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED course offered by the American Red Cross.
Eliza further pursued their education at the University of Southern Maine from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. In 2015, they attended Siena Heights University and earned another Bachelor's Degree, this time in Psychology, before attending the University of Maine at Augusta in 2018. At the University of Maine, Eliza pursued a degree in Justice with a field of study in Psychology and Advocacy, which they completed in 2019.
In 2020, Eliza started training as a Student Pilot at Southern Maine Aviation. Eliza obtained their Student Pilot's License from the Federal Aviation Administration in March 2020. Additionally, they hold a Notary Public Appointment from the State of Maine, obtained in May 2019, and is a licensed Massage Therapist in Maine since April 2008.
Currently, Eliza is enrolled at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, graduating in 2023, pursuing a Graduate degree in Aviation and Space Operations.
