Katarzyna Stoltmann

Katarzyna (Kasia) Stoltmann is an accomplished professional currently serving as Head of Data Science and AI at AstraZeneca, where Katarzyna leads teams in the development and deployment of data science solutions. In addition to this role, Katarzyna is involved with numerous organizations, including the Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz as a jury member, and serves on the Program Advisory Board at Data2day.de. As a co-founder and director of Women in Big Data Berlin, Katarzyna is dedicated to promoting diversity in the big data field. An advisory board member for N2 - Network of Doctoral Researcher Networks and a mentor at Universität zu Köln, Katarzyna has also co-founded the Leibniz Alumni Network. Education includes a PhD from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and extensive training in IT project management.
