Silky Vaidya is an executive leader with extensive experience in technology and engineering roles across various companies and industries. Currently serving as Interim CTPO/VP of Engineering at SiRV, Silky specializes in scaling CTO functions and defining technology vision and strategy for enterprises and startups. Previously, as Global Director of Engineering at GoStudent, Europe's leading EdTech unicorn, Silky oversaw a diverse team in developing AI/ML enabled products. Engagements also include roles on the EMEA Core Leadership team at Women In Big Data and as Interim CPTO at SIRV Consulting Ltd., where mentoring and advising tech startups has been a focus. Additional experience includes senior positions at Anaplan, We and AI, and CDK Global. Silky's academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Jai Narain Vyas University.
