Lorraine's expertise lies in programme management, stakeholder engagement, eHealth innovations, bid writing, and consulting in the healthcare sector. Lorraine holds a Master's degree in Social Policy from The University of Edinburgh, as well as postgraduate diplomas in Health Services Management from HSMC, University of Birmingham.
