Yuliia Yudina

Yuliia Yudina is an experienced professional in customer experience and operational management, currently serving as a member of Women in CX since August 2024. From August 2022 to August 2024, Yuliia held the position of Head of Customer Experience & Success at vidby, where leadership of a team and development of customer strategies were pivotal. Previously, Yuliia managed customer relationships as a Customer Success Manager and oversaw operations for Maxitech, significantly contributing to the growth of the Ukraine division. Earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Administrator at Alvarez & Marsal, focusing on office operations and client presentations. Yuliia is pursuing an MBA in Business Administration at Quantic School of Business and Technology and has obtained a Professional Diploma in Customer Experience Management from The CX Academy.
