Carey Lasher

Carey Lasher currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Independence Dental Services and holds the position of Advisory Board Member at Women In DSO®. As President of Highwater Partners, LLC since November 2020, Carey has leveraged extensive experience in dental management, previously serving as Regional Development Manager at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, where a 90 million dollar sales team was created and managed. Additional roles include Pharmaceutical Regional Account Manager at Phocal Therapy, Inc., Lead Registered Dental Hygienist at Gainesville Family Dental Center, and Manager-Registered Dental Hygienist at Railroad Dental Associates.
