Heather Blair

Heather Blair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the exhibition and esports industries. As the Chairman and Founder of Women in Exhibition since September 2019, Heather focuses on mentoring and supporting women's initiatives within the cinema exhibition sector. Heather also serves as President of OuiMarket4U, Inc., offering sales and marketing consultancy services for cinemas and esports. Previously held roles include Sr. Account Manager at LG Electronics, President of the Cinema Esports Alliance, and President of Cinema Esports, among others. With a background in business development and technology experience design, Heather has consistently worked to enhance cinema experiences and promote the integration of esports. Education includes studies at Tarrant County College and Richland.
