Lesley van der Woude

Lesley van der Woude is an experienced film programming professional currently serving as a Screenplay Competition Reader for the Big Apple Film Festival and the Head of Film Programming at Rooftop Cinema Club. With a commitment to creating memorable cinematic experiences, Rooftop Cinema Club transforms movie nights into events that feature stunning cityscapes and excellent refreshments. Additionally, Lesley holds the position of Film Programming Manager at the Leiden International Film Festival, a prominent film festival in the Netherlands. Involvement in various industry organizations includes memberships in Women in Exhibition and BAFTA, as well as serving as a screener for multiple SXSW events and on screening committees for Denver Film and the Nashville Film Festival. Lesley holds a Bachelor's degree in Cultural and Social Development from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
