Ennissa Soleil Martin is an experienced recruiter currently working at Bethesda Game Studios since January 2024, focusing on full cycle recruitment for various roles. Ennissa also serves as an ambassador for Women in Games since March 2022 and previously held the role of Art and Animation Recruiter at Activision Blizzard from April 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included full cycle recruitment for art and animation positions across subsidiary studios. Ennissa was selected as one of the first 50 members of the ABK Game Changers program, aimed at personal brand development and promoting company culture. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Recruiter at Wargaming and various positions at Noble Schools, including founding Visual Arts Teacher and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Ennissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in History of Art and Architecture from Middlebury College and a Bachelor of Arts in Medieval and Renaissance Studies from the University of Oxford.
