Estelle Bailly is an EMCC Accredited Life & Career Confidence Coach, currently leading 1:1 coaching sessions through Coaching with Estelle, where the focus is on helping clients identify their strengths and rebuild confidence in a supportive environment. As a Women in Games Ambassador since January 2024, Estelle promotes gender equality and supports diverse individuals in the gaming industry. Previously, Estelle served as Localization Director at Hi-Rez Studios from July 2016 to December 2024, overseeing global localization strategies and managing a multicultural team. Estelle's extensive experience in localization spans over two decades, including roles at Around The Word and freelance localization work. Estelle's educational background includes various coaching and leadership certifications, with a recent focus on Impostor Syndrome, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
