Lene Gerlach

Lene Gerlach is currently serving as a Board Observer and Board Member at various companies in the biotech and life sciences industries. Lene is the Chairperson of Women in Life Science Denmark and a Partner at Eir Ventures, a life sciences venture capital fund. With an extensive background in human biology and neuroscience, Lene also holds positions in organizations focused on supporting women in leadership roles and professionalizing board work. Lene's academic achievements include a PhD in Neuroscience and a mini-MBA in Business Administration and Management.
