Joanna Perz

Joanna Perz, PMP, currently serves as the Vice Chair of Women in Manufacturing North Carolina and is a member of the Board of Directors for the WiM Education Foundation. In conjunction with these roles, Joanna has been the Global Sustainability Manager at Ingersoll Rand since October 2014, where responsibilities include monitoring ESG developments and implementing automated processes in the pricing and market intelligence domains. Previous positions at Ingersoll Rand involved leadership roles in marketing, pricing analytics, and financial compensation management. Joanna's expertise extends to her earlier experience as a Senior Business Analyst at Baker & Taylor and various roles in financial services and translation, showcasing a diverse skill set in business analytics, sustainability, and project management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Poznan Banking School and additional studies in Business Sustainability Management and Project Management.
