Carmen M. Peña

Carmen M. Peña, M.A. possesses over 25 years of experience in leadership, coaching, and program development across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Engagement and Retention at Women In Need, Inc. since October 2022, Carmen has previously held multiple roles, including Executive Consultant for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at Willard Powell, Inc., and Health and Wellness Coach at UnitedHealth Group. Carmen has a strong background in consulting and has contributed to the development of leadership programs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Administration and Personnel Development from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Communications from the University at Albany.
