Diana Santos

Diana Santos is the Chief Program Officer at Women In Need, Inc. (Win), where Diana has been serving since October 2019. In the role of Vice President of Transitional Housing, Diana Santos oversees a portfolio of 13 shelters accommodating over 4,600 homeless individuals each night, while managing collaborations with various government and private entities, including the NYC Department of Social Services and the NYS Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance. Previously, Diana Santos held the position of Program Director at WIN. Diana Santos holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government and Spanish from Le Moyne College, as well as a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Hunter College.
