Tracy Gardner

Tracy Gardner is a seasoned executive and board member with extensive experience in retail and education. Currently serving as a Board Member at Rowan and Gap Inc., as well as a Board Advisor at Fair Harbor, Tracy has held key roles in various organizations, including Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Women In Need, Inc. and former CEO of dELiA*s Inc. Noteworthy positions also include President of J.Crew Brand, where strategic leadership contributed to the company going public in 2006. Tracy is a Visiting Professor at New York University's School of Gallatin, bringing academic insights to practical business applications. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University Bloomington.
