Rachael Royce is a seasoned process optimization expert currently serving as the Senior Product Operations Manager at Women In Product since April 2019. In this role, Rachael has successfully automated and streamlined critical workflows, enhancing organizational efficiency and data security while also curating community-driven event and program content. Prior to this, Rachael held various positions at Women In Product, including Senior Speaker & Operations Manager and Operations & Speaker Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale conferences. Earlier experience includes roles at Semifreddi's Inc. and Peet's Coffee, focusing on administrative support and team leadership.
