Christine Bonfante is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in strategic recruitment and people operations. Currently serving as the Founder and Principal Talent Partner at Talent Magnet Solutions since February 2024, Christine focuses on enhancing talent acquisition and employee experience strategies for startups and scale-ups. As an Ambassador for Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship since May 2024, Christine is dedicated to empowering women in the tech sector through mentorship and support. Previous roles include Sr. Technical Recruiter at NUVIEW, where Christine managed all aspects of talent acquisition and HR, and Sr. Recruiter at Highspot, contributing to a leading sales enablement platform. With a long history at Cellular Sales, Christine held various positions including Director of Talent Acquisition for East Florida. Christine holds a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, awarded in 2008.
