Astrid D.

Astrid D. currently serves as the Head of SmartCommerce at MIPS, leading digital payment initiatives in Africa since January 2018. In addition, Astrid is the Mauritius Chapter Lead for WOMEN IN TECH®, an organization dedicated to advancing women in STEM, actively seeking corporate sponsors and media partners to support this mission. Astrid's prior experience includes roles as a senior web developer and project manager at Webmarket and Evolution pre press, respectively, as well as an associate software engineer at Pharmagest Interactive. Astrid holds a Master’s degree in Digital Project Management from Simplilearn and two Licences in Computer Science and Information and Communication Technologies from Université de la Reunion.
