Donna Rege is an experienced professional currently serving as an Advisory Board Member and Executive Team Member at WOMEN IN TECH ® Global, where contributions include collaboration on strategic initiatives and guidance on partnership development. Previously, Donna held various leadership roles at Safaricom PLC, including Senior Manager for Digital Delivery & IT Service Centre, where significant advancements in operational efficiency were achieved through digital transformation. Notable achievements also include leadership of the Women In Technology initiative, overseeing substantial contributions to regional competitions, and managing high-level executive engagements. Donna’s career spans extensive experience in digital transformation, partnership management, and strategic execution, supported by a Master’s Degree in Communication and a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication & IT Technology.
