Amy Vasquez

Amy Vasquez is a business executive with over 30 years of experience in the staffing and human resources industry. Amy is currently the Secretary at Women In Technology, a non-profit organization that promotes the advancement of women in the technology field.

Amy began their career in 1986 as a Manager of Marketing Communications for Centocor, a pharmaceutical company. Amy then spent 10 years as the President of Carson Associates, Inc., an IT staffing and consulting firm. In 1998, they joined Spherion Corporation as a Regional Vice President and was later promoted to Executive Vice President in 2002. Amy then founded their own IT consulting firm, IT Services Consulting, in 2012 and served as its President until 2015.

In 2016, Amy joined ASAP Solutions Group, LLC as Vice President of Client Relations and held this position until 2018. Amy then spent a year as Principal Consultant for ITC, LLC before joining CDI Corporation as Vice President & U.S. Head of Enterprise Talent Solutions in September 2015. Amy held this position until August 2016 when they returned to Spherion Corporation as Executive Vice President.
