Jaime Mayo Luna

Jaime Mayo Luna is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management within non-profit and educational organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at WEST - Women in the Enterprise of Science and Technology since 2012, Jaime oversees all operational aspects, focusing on strategic priorities and financial goals while enhancing membership value. Previously, as the Director of Program Operations at Illumination Foundation, Jaime played a pivotal role in scaling the organization to a $2M entity and developing essential policies. Other significant roles include Operations Executive Director at YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles, where Jaime managed multiple camps and budgets exceeding $2M, and various positions at educational and social service organizations. Jaime holds a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Social Sciences from UC Irvine.
