Pallavi Srivastava

Pallavi Srivastava is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mental health, coaching, and journalism. Currently serving as a Member of the Advisory Board at WEST - Women in the Enterprise of Science and Technology, Pallavi has also founded and leads The Wellbeing Ways as CEO, executing roles as both an Executive Coach and Wellbeing Coach since 2017. Previous experience includes working as a Therapist and Mental Health Professional at Healing Touch Hospital and as a Therapist, Trainer, and Mentor at the Hypnotherapy School of India. Pallavi's journalism background includes positions as Principal Correspondent at Pitch Magazine and Correspondent at 4Ps Business and Marketing. Academically, Pallavi holds an MBA in Marketing and HR from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and a BA in Psychology and Economics, along with a Coach Training Program certification from the Co-Active Training Institute in California.
