Alex Cosma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management and strategy. Currently serving as Director of Enterprise Service Strategy at Square Enix since April 2017, Alex has held multiple leadership roles including Director of IT Service Management Office and Head of IT Service Management. In addition, Alex is a Founding Member of Women Leaders Forum UK and serves on the itSMF Leadership Council. Previous positions include Head of Global Service Desk Solutions at Allied Worldwide and Service Desk Manager at Electronic Arts, among others. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, a Master's Degree in Leadership & HR Management from Hyperion University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economy - Commerce from Academy of Economic Studies.
