Marlen von Roth

Marlen von Roth is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in enterprise technology and cloud solutions. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Director for Central EMEA at Atlassian since October 2022, Marlen leads a team focused on strategic global customers. Previously at SUSE, Marlen held various leadership roles including Sales Director for Cloud EMEA and was instrumental in driving the go-to-market strategy for managed service provider sales across EMEA and APJ. Additional experience includes senior sales positions at Docker, Inc., EnterpriseDB, Tripwire, Red Hat, and Greenman Group PLC, showcasing a robust track record in building and managing high-performing sales teams across diverse markets. Marlen is also a founding member of the Women Leaders Forum UK, aimed at empowering senior female leaders. Education includes a degree and training in Strategic Selling from Kingston University and Miller Heiman, respectively.
