Rita Kastrati is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, marketing, and business development across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Pioneering People Ltd, Rita aims to transform the temporary job market and gig economy by facilitating connections between workers and companies. As a Co-Founder of Bea’s Flowers London, Rita has successfully expanded sustainable floral arrangements into home deliveries and bespoke bouquets. Previous roles include Business Development and Marketing Manager at Twig, where Rita garnered recognition as Employee of the Year, and Marketing Manager at Casa Dino. Rita has also gained valuable experience through placements at Wells Fargo and Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on finance and corporate social responsibility, respectively.
