Michelle Kulikauskas

Program Manager at Women Moving Millions

Michelle is the Program Manager at Women Moving Millions where she plays a key role in overseeing the development and execution of member programming in support of WMM’s mission to catalyze greater resources to realize their vision of a gender-equal world. Michelle comes from the international exchange world, having most recently served as a Senior Program Officer at the nonprofit organization, Cultural Vistas. Her portfolio of programs included the Department of State’s premier professional exchange program, the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), and more recently, the Robert Bosch Foundation Fellowship Program.

Michelle’s strengths include designing and implementing professional exchange and leadership journey programs on a wide variety of topics, including women’s leadership, community capacity-building, and climate change. During her tenure at Cultural Vistas, Michelle also helped lead an internal strategy team focused on communications. She has moderated several conference panels for the Global Ties U.S. Network. Her work has also taken her around the United States and to Cambodia and Germany. She first came to Cultural Vistas as an intern with the IVLP program after a year of working as a Management Analyst at Human Capital Initiatives, LLC in Washington, D.C.
