Ada Forsner

The mission of the Women of Aeronautics and Astronautics (WoAA) is to increase the number of students from underrepresented backgrounds who are interested in the field through technical and professional development, outreach, and member advancement opportunities. We are also an up and coming committee under AIAA, which allows us to share a wealth of information from the knowledge in journal publications to professional networking. WoAA aims to provide a platform through which members of the aerospace community by giving talks and opportunities for individuals of all ages, and in all stages of their careers. From elementary, middle, and high schoolers exploring their interests and looking for summer programs, to university students on the cusp of entering the workforce, and individuals that are currently working.
