Elena Santos González is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and language services. Currently serving as a member of Women of Customer Success since March 2024, Elena has held the position of Head of Customer Success at Mobile Lean since February 2018. Previously, Elena co-founded Transleit Language Solutions, S.L., where responsibilities included freelance translation and project management from February 2006 to May 2019. Educational credentials include a degree in Translation and Interpretation from Universidad de Salamanca and a Master's in International Promotion of Foreign Trade from ESIC Business & Marketing School.
