Charlotte has worked with a number of small/medium businesses on their digital marketing, after leaving a career in the civil service. She worked in a range of roles at BEIS, including direct support at Ministerial level. Her work on digital policy for SMEs inspired her to retrain for a more 'hands-on' role as a digital marketing manager for small/medium businesses herself.
