Laura began her career at Merlin Entertainments, leading customer service teams in attractions including Madame Tussaud’s, The London Eye and SEALIFE London Aquarium. She then moved on to manage customer service in digital environments such as Crowdsurge and JUST EAT.

Laura joined Women on Boards from ZSL where she managed customer service and membership across the charity and both zoos. She is looking forward to engaging with members and providing them with support in their boardroom journey.
