Nicolina Andall

Nicolina is an experienced Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor, having advised corporate business leaders for 20 years on a wide range of business legal issues, regulation and compliance. Nicolina features on the Cranfield 100 Women to Watch 2020 List and has extensive board level experience at a variety of commercial, government and not for profit organisations. Over the last few years, she has been an Independent Panel Member for the Ministry of Justice working with Chairs, CEOs and Civil servants on senior level recruitment campaigns recommending NEDs and Judicial Members (Parole Board of England and Wales) to Ministers for Public Appointment. This led to her own Public Appointment sitting on the London Advisory Committee, Lord Chancellor’s Department with responsibility for the recruitment of Magistrates in the London area. She is delighted to be a mentor to many and a long standing inspirational speaker for young people. Nicolina seeks to encourage women and diverse candidates to step up and be an influential voice in society.
