Women on Boards
Tanya started her career as a corporate finance lawyer assisting with large floats and takeovers at Magic Circle firm Clifford Chance, then moving on to advise AIM firms at Gouldens. In 2010, she set up her training practice and has developed a stellar reputation as a bespoke governance trainer. Tanya has worked with boards of all types from start-ups to FTSE 250 firms, as well as providing legal training to lawyers, company secretaries and accountants.
Tanya is our NED Recruitment Lead, bringing her knowledge of governance and the value of diversity of thought to Women on Boards, supporting recruiting boards to widen their candidate pool. She is developing our Vacancy Services to better meet the needs of both boards and our members.
