Stella Kasdagli

Stella Kasdagli is a co-founder of inc•lude, where sustainable diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies are developed for various organizations since July 2023. Additionally, Stella co-founded Women On Top in February 2012, an organization dedicated to women's professional empowerment in Greece, recognized as the first non-profit to join the National Council for Gender Equality. This initiative has fostered a network of over 500 volunteer mentors, benefiting more than 1,500 women. Stella's education includes a Distance Learning program on Gender Equality Policies from the University of the Aegean, a Certificate in Career Counseling from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, an MA in Media Studies from the University of East London, and a degree in French Literature from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
