Christine Illige-Saucier

Christine Illige-Saucier currently serves as Lead Performance Analyst at the U.S. Small Business Administration since July 2021. Prior to this role, Christine dedicated eight years at the Peace Corps, culminating as Director of Placement, where management of a 49-member team involved reviewing and placing around 12,000 applicants annually across 60 countries. Roles included Acting Director of Placement and Placement Supervisor, overseeing the assessment and placement of candidates and fostering team productivity in high-pressure environments. Additional experience includes a campus representative role for Peace Corps at Washington University, internships focused on social work, and a consultative position with the Omar Dengo Foundation in youth development. Christine holds a Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor in Social Work from Temple University.
