Gaye Walker

Gaye Walker has extensive experience in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) roles, currently serving as Deputy Assistant Administrator at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) since April 2005. In this capacity, Gaye Walker manages the development and implementation of the SBA's EEO complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution programs, ensuring compliance with EEO laws and regulations. Previous positions include Equal Employment Manager, where Gaye Walker oversaw affirmative employment and diversity management, and EEO Specialist, responsible for processing EEO complaints and providing consulting services. Prior to joining SBA, Gaye Walker worked as an EEO Specialist at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, adjudicating discrimination complaints. Gaye Walker holds a diploma from Leavenworth High School, attained in 1978.
