Jackie Robinson-Burnette

Jackie Robinson-Burnette currently serves as the Associate Administrator for the Office of Government Contracting & Business Development at the U.S. Small Business Administration under the Biden-Harris Administration, overseeing a substantial federal small business contracting program. With over 30 years of extensive experience in federal government contracting, Robinson-Burnette has held various leadership positions, including CEO of Senior Executive Strategic Solutions and president of a Virginia-based 8(a) small business. Previous roles include Deputy Associate Administrator at the SBA, and Deputy Director of the Army Office of Small Programs at the Pentagon, with a strong background in navigating and expanding federal contracting opportunities for small businesses. Robinson-Burnette holds a Bachelor of Business Management with a focus on Acquisition Management from the University of Maryland.
