Michele Schimpp has a vast amount of experience in various roles at the U.S. Small Business Administration and USAID. Currently serving as the National Ombudsman and Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Enforcement Fairness at the U.S. Small Business Administration, Michele has also held positions such as Deputy Associate Administrator for Investment and Innovation, Office of International Trade, and Diversity and Inclusion. At USAID, Michele served as Center Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Deputy Assistant Administrator in various departments. Michele holds a Master's degree in Latin American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University.
