Varshonda Simmons is an experienced professional with a robust background in team leadership, loan processing, and career development. Currently serving as Team Lead and Loan Specialist at the U.S. Small Business Administration since August 2020, Varshonda leads a team in the efficient processing of disaster relief loans while ensuring compliance and accuracy. Previously, Varshonda worked as a Guest Teacher at IDEA Public Schools, providing instructional support during teacher absences. At Brightwood College, Varshonda held the role of Career Development Specialist, facilitating job placement and professional growth for students and alumni.
