Jennifer Lahey, MSc., serves as Managing Principal at Predictive Success Corporation since November 2016 and has held various roles including Talent Optimization Consultant and Client Success Lead. As the Founder of Eyecloset Inc., launched in September 2022, Lahey created a secondhand fashion app aimed at promoting sustainability. Additionally, as a WPO Platinum Member since December 2021, Lahey contributes to the Women Presidents' Organization, focusing on business growth and peer learning among women entrepreneurs. Lahey was previously an Advisory Board Member for Family Enterprise Canada and co-founded the FEX Next-Gen National Community, guiding its strategic vision. Early in their career, Lahey gained research experience at several academic institutions. Educational credentials include degrees from Harvard Business School and Harvard University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts & Science and a Master of Science from Queen's University.
