Laura Crothers

Laura (Osborn) Crothers is the CEO and Founder of Crothers HR Consulting, LLC, specializing in HR, leadership consulting, culture development, coaching, training, and speaking, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions. In addition to this role, Laura serves as Chapter Chair for the Women Presidents' Organization. Previous positions include Vice President of Human Resources at EverBank, Chief People Officer at US Express Leasing, and Senior Director of HR at Standard & Poor's. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Susquehanna University, completed between 1984 and 1988.
