Lynda McDermott

Lynda McDermott is the Founder and President of EquiPro International, a strategic management consulting firm specializing in leadership, team, and business development. Lynda also serves as Chief Guide for Professional, Management, and Executive Women at Chief, an Affiliate Coach at Churchill Leadership, and an Executive Coach and Facilitator at the Leadership Development Institute at Eckerd College. Additionally, Lynda is the Chair of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Women Presidents Organization. With a background in human resources consulting at KPMG Advisory and Ernst & Young, Lynda holds a Masters in Organization Development and Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
