Raghav began career as a Business Development Manager at Ela Woman from September 2017 to December 2020, and earlier worked as a Key Account Manager at DocOn Technologies from July 2016 to August 2017, as well as a Relationship Manager at CareOnGo from June 2014 to June 2016. Raghav's early experience includes serving as an Assistant Business Development professional at Serco from April 2012 to May 2014. Raghav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Punjab Technical University, an Intermediate in Science with Mathematics from GB College, and a Diploma in Computer from NIIT Bhagalpur.
