Charissa Gant is currently a Management Consulting Principal Director at Accenture. Prior to their current role, Charissa held positions such as Senior Change Management Consultant at various companies including WOMEN Unlimited, Inc., Future State, Samsung Semiconductor, and High Tech Connect. With a background in communications and HR program management at Cisco Systems, Charissa has extensive experience in driving effective communication plans and supporting the development of high-potential women through programs like IMpower. Charissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design with a minor in Urban Planning from San Jose State University.
