Peggy currently serves as the Principal Consultant and Managing Partner at Thrive Development Partners LLC, where Peggy works with business leaders and professionals to enhance their performance. Prior to this, Peggy held roles at WOMEN Unlimited, Inc., Right Management, Rollins College, SunTrust Bank, and Holland & Knight LLP. Peggy holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Rollins College and a BSBA in Management & Organizational Behavior from the University of Houston.
