Prior to this, Peggy held roles at WOMEN Unlimited, Inc., Right Management, Rollins College, SunTrust Bank, and Holland & Knight LLP. Peggy holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Rollins College and a BSBA in Management & Organizational Behavior from the University of Houston.
