Alaina Percival

Alaina Percival is the CEO, Co-Founder, and Board Chair of Women Who Code. Alaina has previously worked as the Head of Developer Outreach at Riviera Partners, a leading technical recruiting company. Alaina has also worked as the Corporate Brand Manager at Nfinity, a women’s performance shoe company. At Nfinity, they developed brand strategies, guidelines, and marketing campaigns which expanded PR coverage 2X and boosted social media presence by 700%. Alaina won 2009 and 2010’s “Best Ad” award (SITA Awards) and “Business Innovation of the Year” honors (ABA/Stevies).

Alaina Percival has a Masters in Organizational Management from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, an MBA in Brand Management from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, and a Business Administration Certificate from COPPEAD UFRJ. Alaina also studied abroad at Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm and Semester At Sea / ISE. Her undergraduate degree is in International Relations from Georgia State University.
