Women With Promise

Celebrating 10 Years! The vision of Women with Promise is to empower women to build a future filled with promise and success, and to date we've raised more than $400,000 and awarded $50,000 in scholarships. Women With Promise supports area agencies that resonate with our vision and mission to give a hand up to women and, in turn, also help their families. We look for organizations that have needs we can immediately address and provides us the opportunity to meet, mentor, and celebrate the strength and character of women. We are currently supporting Agape Resource & Assistance Center in Plano, Texas. Agape’s mission is to provide critical housing and life skills that empower women and their children to transform from crisis and poverty to self-sustaining, fulfilling lives. The leadership of Women With Promise includes a diverse group of talented and successful business women. In 2013, they formed the organization to make a difference in their North Texas neighborhoods. Research, life experience, and a common focus from the founders led to focusing on women’s issues that would have cascading and long-term effects on individuals and families for generations.
