WOMEN CHOICE is an international organization dedicated to women’s leadership, development and innovation.  For women, by women, we create authentic and profitable connections between our powerful network of female executives, founders, and experts; and the companies, brands, and institutions that recognize the value and impact of women’s full participation at the most senior levels.  

Founded by Social Entrepreneur Nezha Alaoui, we have been championing women’s leadership internationally for the past decade.  Our 2.6M social media platforms curate content for personal and professional development, support a vision of what makes women unique, talented, and smart.

In 2014, Nezha Alaoui established the Mayshad Foundation (inspired by the first syllabus of her daughters Maysoon and Shadeen) to support the mission of women’s economic development in the MENA region, through sustainable income programs for women micro entrepreneurs.

In 2023, we launched SII for 1M women's employment in the Arab world. A social innovation incubator that empowers women social entrepreneurs to build the bridge between 1M women and employment opportunities.
